UK pricing, Annual Subscription only, 150 pounds + VAT.
English speaking 'phone number - +45(Denmark) 4 810 1500.

Other European pricings are more or less equivalent (they're all handled
through the IBM plant in Copenhagen anyway).
Somewhere in the archive of back messages I've got the details, but I
couldn't find them in a search through the last couple of months, if I
come across the prices I'll post them.

There is a discount for developers who are members of the EMEA DAP.
