Well kinda.  I don't do much with the VAX except for the Pathworks part of

I do support the PC LAN though.  I do PC setups and Net setups etc.

Yep Memory is cheap.  I am upgrading a LOT of PC's.  4.0 is almost exactly 
like
95 now.  I have the WS 4.0 on my desktop machine.
With Memory as cheap as it is you should upgrade that NT server to 128 Meg.
