My only additives to tea of any kind are milk and/or sugar.
(except now I've begun adding ginger to taste) I was adding
nothing at all to the mint tea. A teaspoon of crushed dried
leaves in a tea-strainer, boiling water poured through, and off
to bed. No sugar, no honey.

I must try this, but the bottom line, as they say, would have to
be more effective rinsing, and avoiding any sources that are
suspect (of pesticides)
