That's the way I wired my old nybble-mode cable (as per the INTERLNK
notes). The new 'byte-mode' cable (which works in nybble-mode only) also
uses the following (in addition to the above):

 1 --- 1
14 --- 14
16 --- 16
17 --- 17

As per File Maven's docs.

I'm using a single reference (pin 25), here. I wonder if connecting all
the grounds would make a difference, in byte-mode? I wouldn't think so,
and they're not mentioned in either INTERLNK's or File Maven's docs.
