RN> TEMPLE OF THE MARTIAN MOON GODS?
RN>
RN> About three years ago, I was looking at the back cover of Richard
RN> Hoagland's book, 'The Monuments of Mars: A city on the edge of
RN> forever.' It was then that I realized something: there are two faces
RN> at Cydonia, and two moons of Mars!
(snip)
I've seen a picture of an area on Mars that looks like Kermit the Frog.
Does that mean Jim Henson was there?
RN> Moderator's Note: It is quite by accident that I came across this
RN> message in my archives, but the timing seems appropriate. At this
RN> point in time and since I have not done what the author recommends, I
RN> have all along considered the "Mars Face" to be nothing more than a
RN> Rorschach test, but viewers of it are going to see what they want to,
RN> limited only by their imagination and their desire to see something
RN> not necessarily there.
Why'd you keep it?
It sounds like pure speculation at best, and pure drivel at worst.
Richard Hoagland and his propaganda minister, Art Bell continue to
promote the "face" mythology because they make money off it.
The guy who posted the original above sounds to me like a candidate for
a rubber room.
