       To be honest you would have to ask yourself if it were worth it (for a 
DOS) based bbs package.. Everything these day's is Win32 with Linux not very 
far behind. You would also need to ask yourself is it worth putting 8-10hrs a 
day of coding a package for a Hobby that's all but dead, granded the Telnet 
scene is there for bbs' and very popular, but coming from someone who grew up 
with 300Baud and bbs' like FKS, CRS and games like commander Keen it just 
isn't the same anymore. I hope you do get a chance to ressurrect Telegard and 
count on me using it if you ever do.  I'm glad to see your still around 
though.
