You can display an ASCII file in the Login Script with:
DISPLAY path\filename
You can find an ANSI/ASCII editor such as TDRAW on most BBS's and use it to
create Ansi/Ascii/AVP screens. (Easy to use,)
Your users would need the line "Device = ANSI.SYS in their config.sys file in
order to be able to see the ANSI screens but anyone should be able to see the
ASCII version.
