Actually, what I'm passing is a variable (of type PFNWP) that points to my
callback procedure. I have the procedure calling, on default,
WinDefDialogProc(). Should it instead be calling WinDefWindowProc()? (I
wouldn't think so) A few people have suggested that the compiler's not binding
the resources, but it most definitely is since the icon shows up put the
program on the desktop...
