Thanks for the info. A friend was talking to his wholesaler and was told that 
all Supra modems have Nvram. But reading this echo tells me they don't.

Nope not a sysop, I guess being a Hub doesn't count.  I will look into the 
SupraFAXmodem though.
Which flashable type would you use ?
