Hmmmm. :-)
I have a passionate dislike of C and its descendants, but nevertheless I
think I would go for your alternative 2 - include both. Presumably, at
least initially, contributors will be basically Pascal programmers who
for whatever reason need to use/understand C++ builder.
Maybe we'll learn something from the C++ programmers, I in fact read the
local (Aus) C echo for just that reason, in spite of my comment above.
