I hope so.  :) I originally wrote it so I could turn HTML pages into
AmigaGuide files.  Then I realized it is handy for importing 24 bit
files into DPaint IV, since it's basically the opposite of a screen
grabber.

Is it OK for the people who already have digitized portraits to post
them in the echo?  In order to minimize traffic, we could use a
roster system to allow (say) 10 people per week to post their
portraits.
