   Yes, there is.  In this game it is called INSTALL.EXE.  It creates
the SORCERY.CFG file.  The config file looks like this:
0000000               ; Not Exact # of zeros, replaced with REG #
FIRSTNAME             ; SYSOPS name
LASTNAME              ; SYSOPS name
   The bat file looks something like this:
D:
CD\doors\sorcery
copy c:\bbs\dorinfo%1.def  ; I pass the node number as parameter
sorcery %1                 ; if you only have one node, you could
C:                         ; as easily skip the %
CD\bbs
    It will NOT run right without the node number, or if the CFG
file is missing or incorrect.
   Let me know the results of your re-install.
