Being the moderator of the other for sale echo you do have the capability of 
notifying other sites (for instance 1:3803/11.1) that they should move to 
wherever. That's the only way that the sysop of this particulary BBS will 
move. If he eventually sees that there is no traffic here, it'll just be 
removed.
