I don't think those are ribs you're seeing in her jumpsuit but 
ribbing or something similar to a girdle to cinch everything in.
There was mention somewhere that Jeri Ryan would practically faint
from the tightness of her costume.
However, I do have to admit that her exterior upper thoracic 
protruberances are inordinately large. :)

Well, Seven got a new crimson knit jumpsuit in "The Raven" and I think
she has attracted more male viewers this season.  I think her 
character is being developed very nicely in this episode and the
storylines will move away from overt sexiness, though tension should
remain.

Well, you could bulk up with more protein but isn't thin in?
Anyway, it looks like the next two episodes are going to be reruns now.
