I've never made butter yet.  It's just that I've never be able to
get good results out of so-called whipping cream, and have gotten used
to working with the heavier stuff.  It's probably grandpa's genes
coming out in the grandkids.  Only instead of blue eye genes [or blue
jeans?] we got 'em for whipped cream and yeast!

Not really, but then I've never worried about what's in my whipped
cream.  The ingredient list on the bottle is generally full of things
even a 7 year-old can pronounce.:)
