It should be Doable. Yuo need to go to the Hard Drive manfactores
support site and download their maintenance and troubleshooting
software. There sould be a routing so you can "Zero" out the Hard Drive
and start over. 
If that OEM CD is a restore disk I donm't thin kyou can get arroung the
FDISK problem. Because the FDISK o nthe Win98 CD is the oldr versions
that dosen't see drives larger then 64 gig.
