Hi Iain,
Actually IIRC, it was David who said what you attributed to me.
In your case above I'd be more concerned about the -12V being only
-1.410V! :-D
All the fans on my low-end low-speed; apart from a 1.2GHz Duron, next
fastest is 566 Celeron; run around 6200 rpm.
Is modern stuff generally slower[=quieter?]?
