Hi Nancy,

NB> Wyoming. NB>> Unless it flows north of us, north of the Lake and
 NB> straight to
NB> NB>> Watertown and north.... ;) Or goes south.... that happens
 NB> NB>> sometimes, too...

RH> I don't think you would object if it went either way. (G)

NB> Quite true... :) Not sure whether or not the weather you were having
NB> in WY got this far.. or if it did bypass us... We haven't had

Be glad; it was nasty cold. Night time temps in the single digits and
wind chill (there was a lot [!] of wind) well below 0. The camper was
nice & snug tho.

NB> anything all that significant... but did get some rain and a little
NB> freezing rain before Christmas... fortunately for hopes for a white
NB> Christmas, not all the snow was gone thereby, although most was
gone NB> by Monday.... we've NB> had dustings since, but there's an
advisory for lake effect snow NB> starting probably tonight into
 tomorrow....

We had a white Christmas in Utah. (G)

NB> RH>> Time, and low stress cooking projects will take care of it.
NB> NB>> And eventually you'll be pretty much back to what you normally
 NB> NB>> could be doing... ;)

RH> Eventually, but it seems like I've been out of commission much longer
 RH> than I actually have.

NB> One gets impatient with the healing... and it's hard to keep
 NB> perspective...

I know, but I'll probably be putting the arm to the kneading/dough
shaping test in a couple of weeks or so.

NB> rising. It's only a RH>> few minutes work but I do a good job of
 NB> punching it. (G)
NB> NB>> And enough to still be a potential problem.... :)

RH> True, so caution is the operative word there. The bread will taste
RH> good tho, better than a lot of what we've gotten in the stores.

 NB> Indeed... :) Nothing like home-baked bread.... :)

German bakeries did a decent job; we bought bread from them quite often.
I never bought any at the supermarket in Berlin.
