You are right about the monorail at Disneyland. All the years I spent at the
park they never did give a co-pilot's license.
However, you can get a pilot's license for piloting the Mark Twain through 
he
Rivers of America. To be able to do this,you just need to ask a cast member 
n
board and if they are in a decent mood or you use puppy dog eyes, they will 
ask
whomever is in the pilothouse if you can come up.
My children and I have done this a number of times and we always have gotten
nice treatment and very nice certificates.
