While your question does have a ring of dark humor to it. I think what needs
to be done is to hound the hell out of the legislature to get some results
and to be patient in the process. Also voting for candidates that are reform
minded would go a long way. We do have the best system in the world albeit
imperfect that has weathered the test of time.
