What do you mean by workarounds? You can specify what DNS you use in
Servers > Internet Server Options. But otherwise I would suggest doing
most of your DNS stuff via your DNS provider, OS, or even better yet your
router.

Unless you mean something like Synchronet is offering where Rob lets people
get *.synchro.net addresses and update them? If so, then no, Mystic doesn't
do this.

You can specify which SMTP port you want to use in Servers > SMTP Server
Options > Server Port. Though at the moment it doesn't seem like any
forwarding is available at this time.

I'm guessing specific details in regards to the mail server haven't really
been tinkered with just yet, since not a lot of people seem to be using it.
g00r00 may be oblidged to add in functionality if it were more used,
though.
