Hi all,

Like a Jack Russell I keep hanging on.

This HM clone has a DVD r/w and a CR/rw, recognises boot Disks for XP
and ECsv1.1.
Will not recognise boot disks for WinME or Win98, can anyone explain why?

There is absolutely no way under any combination of conditions could I
get Ecsv1.1 to load
on this MB. I worked around it by loading another HD on another ATX
board, with ECSv1.1
and transfered that over to the HD required using DFSeeV6.0. That allows
ECSv1.1 to operate
including LVM but if I request LVMGUI, the machine locks up tight. Does
anyone know why?

XP works flawlessly.

WinME I got loaded in a manner similiar to the ECSv1.1, however with
this OS, it does not show a mouse.
In order to install any sort of mouse, you need a working mouse to
reach/choose the options. Yikes!!!!!!!!!!

I tried both USB and PS/2 but no joy, what possible reason would it not
see a mouse.

All responses appreciated.

KevinJ.
