Chad,

I use DNS redirection from dnsexit.com -- they host realitycheckbbs.org and
provide primary mail exchanger services for the domain. They answer on port 25
to the rest of the world, then transfer mail to me on another non-retricted
port.

It's $29.99 a year, but they also have a neat dynamic DNS app and they've been
trouble free for the past 3 years.
