That is NOT true. YES the full suite may be too big but I have i nmy
Hand a 
Floppy with the Western Digital Diagnostic program DLGDIAG.EXE on it
that does what you want. Zeros out the Hard Drive. Plus severalo other
testing and diagnostic functions.
