Very unlikely, as it depends on the way the software in Winos2 would be 
able to recognise that XP driver.

There are reports Tame/2 handles some USB scanners, but only Epson 
thinghies hitherto. You might investigate in the yahoo group  
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sane-os2/?yguid=67587268  .

Incidentally, most if not all scsi-scanners do work with Tame/2 .
