Joe, this is most likely due to the way it's been linked. There used to be
a swith on the Microsoft LINK.EXE program that would allow the target to
run fullscreen or windowed.  I just checked the Watcom IDE, and a cursory
review didn't reveal a similar option, so the Watcom linker must be doing
that by default.  Check the documentation for the linker that you are using
for some insight on fixing your problem.
