Hi Tim, TomLee,
OCTS:OFF disables the CTS/RTS [CTS=clear to send, RTS=request to send] 
handshake protocol - this is the normal hardware handshake - it will 
then fallback to using DTR/DSR or XON/XOFF protocol instead.
