But that is the point isn't it.  The help stuff is suppose to keep the Users 
out of your face for support.   It sounds like you have done such a terriffic 
job on your Help files no bosdy neds to call you for tech support.  I would 
think you would be patting yourself on the back.
 
I dunno.  Maybe I don't understand your msg.  How do you expect to 'see' 
Users using your help files?
