subject: Bogus advert

Dear Rod,

Further to your inquiry regarding supposed "bogus advert" in the
West ¨Australian newspaper.

I understand that the ad was placed by DynaLink Australia's West Australian
¨distributor. I have his phone number if you would like it.

You mentioned that the ad was retracted? Do you have a copy of the
¨retraction? Mark (the WA distributor) has no knowledge of any retraction.
He was worried about AUSTEL so placed the advert. I understand that he was
¨also very upset that he had been distributing pirated software. So upset
¨that he even purchased legal copies of BitFax PRO himself, direct from the
¨USA. So he could provide it to his customers who returned the pirated
BitFax ¨PRO but still wanted the OCR and SCAN features of the PRO version
which were ¨not available in the legal DynaLink BitWare Lite version.

He told me he has legal action pending against DynaLink Australia regarding
¨his distributorship. Sounded a bit envolved, if you can handle the STD
¨charges for a call to WA you should talk to him.

Regards,

John.
