Fixed my mail 'respond-to' address, sorry about that.  A
configuration menu was buried in a section I had previously not looked at. 
People have been telling me that it wasn't right, but I hadn't found it till 
after I sent back your msg.
The address for Dr. Leshner is apl@cu.nih.gov - I believe I omitted that.
My question concerned the efficacy AND the safety of emailing govt. 
ficials.
