I don't know about you but I don't think a Fidonet message should be telling 
my message reader how to behave when it comes to my display.  Like you, I have 
a wide display (I'm logged into a regular console window).  I prefer having a 
smaller font to fit more on the screen...well, as long as I have my reading 
glasses on. :)

Methinks people are overcomplicating things.
