Hi Martin,

Only because it's not standards-compliant, still not as badly as 
Internet Exploder though!
Try altering the displayed text there in NS 4.61 (CTRL-]|[) and notice 
how the static graphics obscure text beneath them - visible on opening 
here on the "October 18, 2000 - FixPak for OS/2 Warp 3 and OS/2 Warp 
Server SMP. " line.
