Dead right!  I've basically decided to not advertise.  People can find this
place by word of mouth, or not at all.  I had to go to the latest beta of
everything just to get this working at all (almost, anyway). I had hoped to
never have to run beta software on my BBS.  I am after reliability.

BTW, I trapped your QWK packet whilst you were downloading it, and it has a
file in there called "DOOR.ID".  It seems to indicate that the
ADD and DROP commands do exist, no?  If you can get Maximus from your local
board, you might want to have a look at it, and see if there are any
features you want which I haven't enabled due to ignorance.

I will ask on the Maximus conference about that.  It isn't causing you any
problems is it?  The data seems to be OK, it's just that you can't go
straight to your personal mail.  I think it might be the same problem I had
with PKZIP, in that not enough file handles are available.  I will see if I
can add "FH" to the command that starts Maximus.  But first I
need to be able to get the problem to occur here, which is where little
Johnnie Farnham comes in (and goes out!).  BFN.
