Hi all...
  I have a 78 Corvette and thinking of putting a new engine in. With all
  this smog shit and fuel cost, hoping to get better gas milages.
  My question is:
  a. With the new engine  (350), what about the transmission and
  rear end. Would like to upgrade the transmission. I want to stay with
  the auto trans.  What would be a good transmission to have..?
  b. Do I need to replace or rebuild the rear end...?
