    Our local library recently set up a BBS for the books of many of the
states[Wisc.] libraries.   It lets me research from my home computer, plus
reserve books, etc.   So when i saw your request, i checked it out.  Here is
what i found;

       YOur lib can probably get them for you if they don't happen to be in
the local collection.  [From inter lib loan]
    I am sure the books will give you a mailing address to get the eq..
     I don't think we have been in contact with you before.  At least you
aren't in my files.  If you would like to, please post your address and
important dates, so i can get them in my files.  Thanks.
