Hello.

I have written a small device driver under OS/2 2.x.
According to the kernel debugger my DS sometimes has a DPL of 0
and sometimes one of 3.

Why is that?   Why is the DPL kinda random?   How can I change it?
How can I set it at startup?

I don't use the Intel Compiler, therefore I don't have
the System Builder (who seems to be capable of settings
stuff like DPL's etc.).
