So many, that's the problem. I wanted to know other people opinion, which
one is better and why. What is your favorite news reader for Win32? For
what reasons?
IS>> 2) I have no newsgroups at my ISP's server.
SO> news://ddt.demos.su -- special for you because you are Russian.
SO> http://www.fido-online.com -- try to do the same while being online.
Thank you, but these ones are just mirrors of FidoNet echos. You did not
understand, I don't need Fidonet online, I need Usenet and offline. And by
the way, I'm not Russian and I need not Russian, but English newsgroups,
esp. Australian.
IS>> Spent some time yesterday to find it, but failed.
SO> What did you do? What could be easier to come to some search engine
SO> and to put some string like 'news server' there in a search string?
Most of free news servers do not allow to post messages. The ones who allow
are not stable, because they are available due to misconfiguration. I just
wanted to know what free and STABLE news servers people use. Which one do
you use, by the way?
Igor Slusar.
