It just hangs at that last line forever.
It DOES work for me on the same machine when using FileZilla. A quick Google
search says that the Windows ftp command line client only uses active mode whereas other clients such as FileZilla & WinSCP offer passive mode.
My guess is that my router doesn't support active FTP transfers, which I believe is quite common behind NAT.
Maybe try FileZilla on the same machine and see if it's the same for you?
