Yup - I'd say you're pretty much on the money with that... it's pretty
much impossible to get standing headroom in an under 30' trailerable for
someone who's 6'3" tall (I'm 6'2" - I looked, too). You mentioned a
couple of boats, like the Catalina 25 (one I seriously considered, too):
they (like your 22) have "pop-tops"... couldn't you re-engineer the
pop-top mechanism/arms and have your local canvas-smithy recreate the
side curtains for you?
