If you have outgoing, incoming is there it's a matter of getting it properly
configured since every good outgoing packet requires an ack packet back... 
thus incoming.

Check your /etc/sysctl.conf and insure you're properly allowing IPv6 through
and that you're not firewalling protocol 41. See if those help.
