subject: Let me offer a test

For those WHO Can connect to Pcboard mailer 15.22 or earlier. sned me your
opus copy.
For those of you who Cant... wait until I get done with my testing
of the mailers that DO pass mail to pcboard systems.
My original problem did not revolve around mail but
handling of OEC codes. Some codes that were supposed to work such as the
Oacomp 1.20 [DISPLAY] code did NOT work despite the opus 1.73a manual saying
it should. Mail was not the immediate issue.
Now its that part of the program that brought up the concern.
but now this mail/nomail pcboard vs Opus thing that got my curiosity
I am a certified Nice computer hacker. not a CRACKER. and
I get my pleasure by solving problems. but I have not modified my opus
programs nor do I recommend that one do so and then distribute them. If one
has been. they should be wary that sometimes patching a program can create
more problems. the Stoned virus is an example of a badly cobbled program that
went amok.
I have been working with compters since 1977 and I am only
28 years old. Therefore I have seen almost every concievable thing you can
imagine.
