The GPS in the car down here in AZ, has entire maps for North America and
Europe, but it doesn't have his address.  The GPS in the phone has his address
but only the maps for AK, AS, AZ, BC, CA, CO, HI, NV, WA, and YT.  I removed
all of the other ones.  So no, kain't do it from this Continent.  Even before
both GPS's refused to do it, I think it has to do with that bridge that was
never built, which means there's no road.
