I don't think it was me, but it could have been.

You can find a lot of books that will take issue with things in Feynman,
but I would be very cautious about putting much faith in any of them. If
the author were Steve Weinberg, I might be a little more trusting if he
took issue with Feynman.

Feynman more-or-less created QED, and certainly understood it better than
anyone else while he was living.

As to quantum theory more generally, Feynman was quick to say that no one
understood it, and he wasn't sure anyone could.
