Can you prove that? Did you use a serial packet sniffer or some other
interception device to show you all data transmitted? Did you decrypt it
where necessary?

Having nothing to hide does not mean you need to leave your doors open
completely. I have nothing illegal in my house, but that doesn't mean I
need to invite the neighbours, local police, etc in for an inspection.
Microsoft have no right to inspect for their property without prior
warning.
