We might be suprised at what can be accomplished.  I know some that will
if be absolutely shocked if/when this passes.  ;-)

The will be no pleasing all the people all of the time.  There will always
be those who feel slighted by some change or the other.  The best we can
hope for is to satisfy as many as possibly (within reason, of course).

This has always been true.  Humanity's evolvution will never keep up
with it's advances in industry of technology.  It out paces us by too
large a margin.
