That is not the problem... the problem is with BELL installing a computerized
answering service. if it detects 4 or more rings, it automatically kicks in.
It's their advertisement for their call answering service sort of thing. It
is not a piece of hardware a user installs, but one BELL automatically puts
through their computer system.
It's also not necessarily with other FIDO NODES I'm concerned with but just
simple file transfers to non-bbs folks waiting for something to come their
way from my system.
As I said in previous posts, my ZyXEL still has problems picking up a busy
signal so that may be the problem.
