You didn't give us much to go on.  How much system memory do you have?  
What are the hardware specs?  Also, I'm not sure I understand what you 
mean when you say it won't run?  Can you get into Win 3.1 at all from 
DOS?  What type of error messages are you getting and what do they say?
It would also be helpful to post your autoexec.bat and config.sys files 
so we can have a look at them.  Problem might be there.
