I'm facing the same situation, running three lines, under windows 3.1 i have
no mouse and the sound card is the next to go because i only use the computer
for the bbs... I have 16 meg of ram and a pentium 75....  I'm planning on
upgrading the chip to a p166 and the ram to 64 meg.  I'm also planning on
upgrading my Operating system and has consider Os/2 or either win95... I'm
carrying a lot of networks and doors.  The bbs is running under with a fossil
driver also.  I plan to add a couple of internet lines so i need something
that will make that move as easy as possible as far as how the program
handles its communication routines and all of those sort of things. the
system runs 24 hours a day and a lot of times i come home to one of windows
little boxes waiting for input for some reason or another...  All the while
the line has been on hold until someone responds
