oh yeah... there was no placekeeper in the beginning... they just added a
new zone line when a new zone was created and new nodes were added in that
zone... fidonet is regressing... as each zone goes away, i daresay that
it's zone line will disappear from the nodelist... i sucks that we lost
zone 6, yes... but it sucks even worse that they can't get and keep any
nodes over there :?
