Fraid not Lew, all WE have is your proclamation on that. Actually
SEEing code, and making sure its actually there in OUR copy of the
beta would be more than a tad more convincing Lew. And it has to be
more than just code sending some stuff too, it has to actually be
sending the stuff that MS says it doesnt send, because MS has NEVER
denied that they do indeed send SOME version stuff of SOME of what
it finds on the drive *IF* you choose to authorise it to do that.

Otherwise, it looks a HELL of a lot more like conspiracy theory tripe,
PARTICULARLY when it comes from one as rabidly anti MS as you are Lew.

Corse you would have to do that funky stuff called PROVING that they
